Emergency Medicine Physician - $220-$280/hr + $50K Sign-On | San Antonio, TX

Location: San Antonio, TX
Position Type: Full-Time | Permanent | Onsite
Compensation: $220-$250/hr (W2) | $240-$280/hr (1099)

Join a collaborative and efficient Emergency Department in San Antonio, designed for quality care and strong team support. This is an excellent opportunity for Emergency Medicine physicians or Family/Internal Medicine physicians with ED experience seeking a balanced, well-supported environment.

• Annual Volume: 14,000 visits
• ED Beds: 9
• Inpatient Beds: 6
• Admission Rate: 5%
• Schedule: 12-hour shifts with 24-hour physician coverage + APP support
• EMR: Picis

• Board Certified / Board Eligible in Emergency Medicine
  OR
• Board Certified / Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine with Emergency Medicine experience
• Certifications Required: ATLS, ACLS, PALS

• Hourly Rate: $220-$250/hr (W2) | $240-$280/hr (1099)
• Sign-On Bonus: $50,000
• CME/BEA: $4,000 annually (tax-free)
• New Grad Support: $6,500 + state license & DEA covered (Year 1)
