Family Medicine PhysicianRural Colorado | Base Salary up to $285K + $324K Total Compensation | Leadership Opportunity

A progressive, physician-led rural healthcare organization in Northeastern Colorado is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Family Medicine Physician to join its growing medical staff.

• Base Salary up to $285,000
• Total Compensation of approximately $324,000 (includes two compensated medical directorships)
• $25,000 Sign-On Bonus
• One year of paid housing via stipend

• Full-spectrum Family Medicine practice
• Leadership opportunities with pathways to Chief of Staff and committee leadership

• Flexible schedule with 3–5 clinic days per week and one dedicated administrative day
• Every third week Emergency Department call
• Manageable patient volume of 15–20 patients per day

Practice Includes:

• Outpatient Primary Care
• Inpatient Medicine
• Swing Bed Care
• Comfortable seeing all ages
• Low-volume Emergency Department coverage
• Preventive care and wellness
• Acute and chronic disease management
• Community health initiatives
• Evidence-based patient care

Schedule

• Full-time, Monday-Friday
• 3–5 clinic days per week
• Dedicated administrative day
• Every third week on-call with Emergency Department oversight

Patient Volume

• Average 15–20 patients per day

• Dedicated Medical Assistant
• Experienced nursing staff
• Hospital support team
• Collaborative multidisciplinary care model

• MD or DO
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
• Eligible for Colorado Medical Licensure
• Current DEA License
• BLS Certification
