A progressive, physician-led rural healthcare organization in Northeastern Colorado is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Family Medicine Physician to join its growing medical staff.

Practice Includes:
- Outpatient Primary Care
- Inpatient Medicine
- Swing Bed Care
- Comfortable seeing all ages
- Low-volume Emergency Department coverage

Schedule
- Full-time, Monday-Friday
- 3–5 clinic days per week
- Dedicated administrative day
- Every third week on-call with Emergency Department oversight

Qualifications- MD or DO
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
- Eligible for Colorado Medical Licensure
- Current DEA License
- BLS Certification
- ACLS Certification
- Bilingual candidates encouraged but not required
