Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) – Full-Time

We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) to join our growing team! Key Responsibilities

• Assist the dentist during a variety of clinical procedures
• Take and process dental x-rays
• Perform teeth whitening procedures
• Carry out coronal polishing, temporary crowns, and other permitted duties
• Maintain strict infection control and sterilization standards
• Prepare trays, instruments, and materials for procedures
• Ensure patient comfort and provide excellent chairside support

Qualifications

• Active Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) license (Required)
• Minimum 2 years of experience preferred
• Knowledge of dental instruments and sterilization techniques
• Understanding of OSHA and HIPAA regulations
• Experience with Dentrix software
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented, organized, and reliable
• Positive attitude with the ability to create a welcoming environment

Compensation & Benefits

• $23.00 – $30.00 per hour (based on experience)

Schedule

• Full-time
• 8-hour shifts
• Monday through Thursday & two Fridays a month 7:45 to Noon 

Location Requirement

Applicants must be able to reliably commute to or relocate to Merced, CA 95348 before starting.
