Medical Receptionist

Hourly Rate: $20.00

Position Summary: Sea Mar is hiring a full‑time Receptionist for our Seattle Medical Clinic. The receptionist will be responsible for processing patient information, making medical appointments, contacting patients via phone, taking messages, and performing basic office duties. The ideal candidate possesses problem‑solving skills, can communicate efficiently with patients, is sensitive to their needs, and demonstrates a high level of work ethic and professionalism. The role requires the ability to multi‑task, use basic office software, and be available to work on Saturdays. Bilingual in English/Spanish is highly preferred.

Education and Requirements

• Minimum one‑year experience in a medical setting.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Medical terminology preferred.
• Knowledge of Windows, Word, Excel, and computer typing skills are required.
• Excellent verbal, customer service, and written skills required.
• Good organizational skills.
• Bilingual in English/Spanish preferred.
