THE ROLE

As our Senior Business Systems Analyst for the Mercury Program, you will serve as a premier technical architect and process lead driving Everpure's transition to a Unified Commerce future. You will own the vital business-systems engine that connects how we quote, bill, and deliver, collaborating cross-functionally across Advanced Services, Subscriptions, Supply Chain, and Finance. Operating with high autonomy, your mission is to eliminate operational silos, translate complex enterprise business requirements into executable technical logic, and mentor a talented team of analysts. By streamlining the Quote-to-Cash process chain, your work will directly optimize our corporate agility and scale global customer experiences.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Lead Enterprise Commerce Modernization: Drive solution definitions and end-to-end execution across the CX commerce roadmap, spearheading the Advanced Services Modernization (CX-ASM) workstream to transform how enterprise offerings are structured and delivered. Architect Subscription & Revenue Workflows: Own system requirements, architecture mappings, and platform configurations for our Zuora-powered Subscription & Revenue Management (SRM) environment, optimizing monetization flows for Phase 1+ release execution. Orchestrate CPQ & SKU Architecture: Engineer complex Configure-Price-Quote (CPQ) logic and lead SKU transformation initiatives, simplifying the global product catalog to maintain compliance while keeping large enterprise deals highly serviceable. Govern Core Master Data Integrity: Act as the primary technical voice across cross-functional master-data domains—including Asset Main, Product Main, and Customer Main—to ensure enterprise data strategies perfectly align with global customer success workflows. Optimize the Opportunity-to-Cash Process Chain: Map, document, and continuous-improve end-to-end functional designs and system logic from initial sales quote through to the financial general ledger, systematically reducing waste and accelerating time-to-transaction.

WHAT YOU BRING

Experience: 5+ years as a Business/Systems Analyst in an IT or enterprise-commerce organization, with a track record of driving requirements, mentoring, working with general direction Quote-to-Cash Systems Architecture: Advanced proficiency engineering and scaling functional processes within enterprise commerce systems, specifically crossing CPQ engines, subscription billing platforms (such as Zuora), and centralized product catalogs. Master Data Management & Services Literacy: Practical understanding of master data hierarchies (asset, product, customer records) and exposure to how Advanced or Professional Services models are structured, priced, and executed. Data-Driven Analysis & Regulatory Alignment: Exceptional skill leveraging SQL and analytical reporting tools to turn disparate data points into strategic decisions, paired with a working comprehension of revenue recognition guidelines (such as ASC 606). Cross-Functional System Mentorship: Proven capability translating multi-million dollar business ambiguity into clear, technical engineering parameters while building operational trust and mentoring junior business analysts. Work Location: We are primarily an in-office environment and therefore, you will be expected to work from the Lehi Utah office in compliance with Everpure’s policies, unless you are on PTO, or work travel, or other approved leave.

Salary ranges are determined based on role, level and location. For positions open to candidates in multiple geographical locations, the base salary range is reflective of the labor market across the applicable locations. This role may be eligible for incentive pay and/or equity. There is no application deadline and we accept applications on an ongoing basis until the job is filled. The annual base salary range is:

$107,000—$161,000 USD
