Help Build the Quality Foundation of a Brand-New High-Tech Facility
Kelly® is hiring Receiving Quality Control Inspectors for an exciting direct-hire opportunity at a brand-new electronics manufacturing facility in Salt Lake City, Utah.
In this role, you’ll inspect electronic and mechanical components used to manufacture advanced radio communication technology designed to remain operational when traditional infrastructure is unavailable. These products primarily support military applications, along with other industries that depend on secure and reliable communication.
You’ll inspect incoming materials and components, document results, identify quality concerns, and collaborate with Production, Engineering, Purchasing, and suppliers to prevent nonconforming materials from entering the manufacturing process.
This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented quality professional who wants to join a growing high-tech organization, help establish strong inspection processes, and build a long-term career in electronics quality.

The Salt Lake City operation is expanding because of significant business growth—not employee turnover. The environment has been described as a collaborative “tech community” where employees enjoy computers, electronics, radios, and learning how products work.
Employees must be comfortable using computers because inspections, testing information, quality findings, and production records are documented electronically.
Candidates who build computers, repair electronics, enjoy technical hobbies, or are interested in advanced communication technology are encouraged to discuss those interests during the interview process.
Career Growth and Employee Perks- Defined advancement opportunities within Quality
- Three anticipated entry-level technician levels
- Three anticipated senior-level positions
- Future leadership opportunities
- Eligibility for review and advancement after approximately six months at Level 1

- Employment is contingent upon successfully completing a background check and drug screening.
- Candidates must be available to complete approximately two weeks of training in Los Angeles.
