About the Role:
As a Dietary Cook, you will be responsible for:
Preparing and serving high-quality meals to our residents
Maintaining a clean and safe kitchen environment
Following dietary regulations and restrictions
Collaborating with our culinary team to plan and implement special menu items and events
Assisting with inventory management and ordering supplies
Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook meals according to established recipes and standards
Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment and utensils
Maintain accurate records of food temperatures, inventory, and usage
Participate in meal quality control and taste-testing
Assist with food preparation and serving for special events and functions
