To drive profitability and operational success, the full-time Texas Licensed Mortgage Branch Manager will oversee sales and business development, manage employee performance, and assist consumers in obtaining residential mortgage loans in a remote setting. Key responsibilities Recruit, hire, and train top talent while providing motivation and support to achieve production goals Establish and control budget and income goals, ensuring compliance with regulations and company policies Personally originate loans by analyzing customer financial information and negotiating terms Required qualifications Minimum five years of experience as a mortgage loan originator Appropriately licensed by the applicable regulator in each state for loan applications Demonstrated ability to recruit, hire, and train branch personnel Proven experience managing a sales team FHA/VA & USDA experience preferred
