Address clinical concerns and formulate the medical components of care plans, including recommendations for observations, lab tests, medications, referrals, and prescriptions, to be shared with the patient's PCP and other care providers to enhance overall health and functionality.
Respond promptly to MD Advice and Referrals in the in-basket, offering appropriate clinical feedback to referring providers.
Timely address e-consults from the PEEC clinic with suitable recommendations for patients' pre-surgical needs.
Collaborate with specialists in Palliative Care, Neurology, Neuropsychology, Behavioral Health, and Clinical Pharmacy to ensure comprehensive patient care when necessary.
