About the Role
The Company is seeking a VP of Marketing to join their Senior Leadership Team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing the enterprise marketing and growth strategy in alignment with the company's strategic objectives. This role involves leading a high-performing marketing organization, defining and strengthening the brand, and building scalable demand-generation programs. The VP of Marketing will also be a key partner to the CEO and Senior Leadership Team, translating market insights into growth strategy and leading the content strategy to support business development. Applicants for the VP of Marketing position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with an MBA preferred, and at least 15 years of experience in B2B marketing and commercial leadership. The role requires a proven track record in transforming marketing into a strategic growth partner, experience in demand generation, and a strong background in brand strategy and executive communications. Professional services experience is strongly preferred, with a background in environmental, engineering, infrastructure, real estate, or technical consulting being a plus. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical, strategic, and financial acumen, and the ability to build and lead high-performing teams. Exceptional communication, collaboration, and influencing skills are essential, as is an entrepreneurial and proactive approach to the role.
