IT Technical Analyst II

Location: Klingerstown, PA (100% Onsite)

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–4:00 PM or 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced IT Technical Analyst II to provide technical support across office and manufacturing environments. This role combines day-to-day support responsibilities with project-based work, offering the opportunity to troubleshoot complex issues, support enterprise technologies, and contribute to technology improvement initiatives.

The ideal candidate is a customer-focused IT professional with strong troubleshooting abilities, experience supporting enterprise systems, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for office and manufacturing operations.

• Respond to and resolve service requests, incidents, and technical issues.

• Configure, deploy, maintain, and troubleshoot desktop and endpoint devices.

• Support Windows operating systems, Office 365, Active Directory, SCCM, MDT, and related technologies.

• Assist with software deployments, hardware refreshes, and technology upgrade projects.

• Manage and support mobile devices and mobile device management solutions.

• Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, server, and connectivity issues.

• Recommend technology solutions that improve operational efficiency and user experience.

• Collaborate with IT teams, plant personnel, and business stakeholders to resolve issues and complete projects.

• Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to IT policies, procedures, and standards.

• Participate in an on-call rotation for after-hours support when required.

Required Qualifications

• Associate degree in a technical field, relevant certifications, or equivalent work experience.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in an IT support environment.

• Strong knowledge of:

• Windows 10/11

• Microsoft Office 365

• Active Directory

• SCCM

• MDT or similar deployment tools

• PC hardware and troubleshooting

• Understanding of networks, servers, and databases.

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting manufacturing or industrial environments.

• Familiarity with:

• Mobile Device Management (MDM)

• ITIL processes and best practices

• Label printers, handheld scanners, lift computers, and other operational technologies

• Experience leading small to mid-sized technical initiatives or projects.

Work Environment

• 100% onsite position supporting both office and manufacturing operations.

• Dynamic, hands-on environment with exposure to a wide variety of technologies.

• Approximately 10% travel, including occasional visits to additional company locations.

• Travel expenses and mileage reimbursement provided for approved business travel.

• Shared on-call responsibilities for emergency support needs.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr.
