As a Relationship Banker Business Specialist within PNC's Retail Branch organization, you will be based in Franklin Lakes, NJ. Job Description Acquires and expands share of wallet for Consumer and Business Banking opportunities under 2 MM in sales revenue. Achieves business results through leadership and productive collaboration with ecosystem partners. Responsible for proactive lead generation and appointments inside and outside the branch. Leverages experience of bank products and services to grow share of wallet and attract new consumer and business households. Manages and grows Business Banking relationships under 2 MM in sales revenue, translating client information into actionable sales strategy. Develops ecosystem leadership inside and outside the branch as a center of influence, working with PNCWM, PNC Private Bank, Business Banking and Mortgage. Introduces clients to the best resources and holds partners accountable for updates and referral follow‑up. Delivers a differentiated client experience, solving client problems courteously and with urgency, and acting as an advocate across product, support, operations or other departments. Works with the branch team to identify consumer and business banking opportunities and follow up on independent referrals to expand share of wallet. Creates client loyalty by engaging clients in the lobby, positioning PNC products, and educating clients on technology, tools, and resources. Manages risk by adhering to all policies and procedures, demonstrating sound judgment within limits and participating in daily branch operations for accuracy and efficiency. Pay Transparency Base Salary: $63,000.00 – $105,000.00. Salaries may vary by location, market data, and individual skills, experience, and education. The role is incentive eligible based on company, business, and personal performance.
