Cream City Concepts is hiring an Executive Kitchen Manager to help lead and grow kitchen operations across Oak Barrel Public House, Cream City Catering, and our expanding event operations.
We are looking for a true kitchen leader — someone who is organized, calm under pressure, strong on the line, and capable of building systems and accountability inside a high-volume kitchen.
This role is not built for someone who wants to sit in an office all day.
We are looking for a leader who:
- leads from the front
- takes ownership
- coaches teams
- maintains standards
- builds structure
- thrives during service
The right candidate will oversee:
- daily BOH operations
- line execution and service leadership
- prep systems and kitchen organization
- inventory and ordering
- food and labor cost control
- catering and event execution
- BOH team development
