RN Unit Manager (UM) Sean Kean Manor Nursing & Rehab
Sean Kean Manor Nursing & Rehab is seeking an experienced and dedicated RN Unit Manager (UM) to join our leadership team. This role is perfect for a Registered Nurse with strong clinical and supervisory skills who is passionate about quality resident care and leading nursing staff.

Provide daily oversight of nursing staff to ensure quality resident care
Supervise, mentor, and support the nursing team on the unit
Report to the Director of Nursing on maintaining excellence in care standards
Educate residents and families on conditions, medications, and care plans
Resolve resident concerns using a multidisciplinary approach
Ensure compliance with infection control, medication, and safety protocols
Accurately document resident care and communicate needs across teams
Manage supplies and equipment to support efficient unit operations
Qualifications:
Active Registered Nursing (RN) license in Pennsylvania (required)
2+ years of nursing experience in long-term care or rehabilitation
Prior leadership/supervisory experience preferred
Strong communication, problem-solving, and team-building skills
Compassionate approach to resident care
