GI Registered Nurse – Full Time Job ID: 91345-147 Date Posted: 06/30/2026 Job Summary The candidate will provide excellent nursing care and actively participate in and contribute to the management of the Endoscopy Unit. Responsibilities include maintenance of endoscopes and other specialized equipment used in endoscopic and non‑endoscopic procedures, and providing technical assistance during procedures in the operating room. This fast‑paced ambulatory center prioritizes excellent patient service and commitment at every staff level. Education & Experience Current Florida Nursing License Current CPR, ACLS certification Graduate of an accredited school of nursing Minimum 2 years of GI experience in a hospital setting Ability to recognize, evaluate, solve problems and correct errors Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with patients, hospital staff, physicians, vendors and the public Excellent communication and organizational skills Demonstrates accountability, professionalism, openness, receptiveness to change, creativity and innovation Excellent communication skills Ability to adapt to change quickly, strong knowledge base relative to surgery procedures and management of the surgical patient Understands principles of aseptic technique and their implementation Ability to care for patients from infancy to geriatrics Excellent teaching skills Basic knowledge of performance improvement ideology #J-18808-Ljbffr United Surgical Partners International, Inc
