This role is primarily remote, providing you with flexibility while working collaboratively with our outpatient team. Although you will handle most of your responsibilities from home, you will also occasionally participate in in-person meetings and training sessions, ensuring a cohesive approach to client care. Key Responsibilities\n

  • Engage actively in Child and Family team meetings, contributing to treatment planning discussions and case reviews to align on ongoing therapeutic interventions.

  • Conduct thorough client assessments upon intake, crafting detailed and individualized treatment plans, and ensuring timely updates and discharge summaries are meticulously documented as per organizational guidelines.

  • Uphold the strictest standards of client confidentiality, ensuring the safety and integrity of all client records.
  • \n
  • Utilize your expertise in diagnosing children and adolescents to inform effective treatment strategies, integrating various therapeutic models based on individual client needs.

  • Plan and implement tailored treatment approaches grounded in evidence-based practices, frequently adjusting interventions to enhance therapeutic outcomes and promote client engagement.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will involve working with children, adolescents, and their families, navigating an array of emotional and behavioral challenges. This includes issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and family dynamics. You will utilize your skills to foster a supportive environment where young clients feel safe to express themselves, allowing for meaningful growth and positive development.

Qualifications\n

  • A valid Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) license in the state of Washington.

  • A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field from an accredited institution.
  • \n
  • A minimum of 2 years of direct clinical experience working with children, adolescents, and families in a therapeutic setting.

  • Solid understanding of developmental theories and research related to personality growth and behavior management, facilitating effective treatment strategies.

Preferred Experience\n

  • Experience utilizing telehealth platforms, enhancing flexibility in service delivery.

Compensation and Benefits\n
