What You'll Do:
- Prepare and serve beverages quickly, accurately, and in compliance with responsible alcohol service guidelines
- Support cocktail servers and ensure a smooth flow of service across the casino floor
- Ring in food and beverage transactions accurately and follow all cash handling procedures
- Keep the bar area clean, stocked, and ready for service
- Follow health, safety, and internal control procedures
- Stay informed on current promotions, events, and property happenings
- Create a fun, respectful, and memorable guest experience
- Perform other duties as assigned
What You Bring:
- A friendly, outgoing attitude and the ability to stay cool under pressure
- Strong communication skills and a commitment to guest satisfaction
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and high-volume shifts
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a Kansas Racing and Gaming License
Preferred Experience:
- Bartending or restaurant experience
- Customer service in a guest-facing role
Job Type:
- Part-Time, Swing Shift
- Must be available to work weekends and holidays
