Lead Agile or Lead Agile Coach or Scrum Master

Client is seeking a Lead Agilist I to support Agile teams within Commercial IT. The Lead Agilist will act as a servant leader, Scrum coach, facilitator, and mentor , helping Agile squads improve collaboration, delivery, and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities Serve as Scrum Master/Lead Agilist for one or more Agile squads. Facilitate Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, Retrospectives, and Backlog Refinement . Coach teams on Agile and Scrum principles and practices. Remove team impediments and coordinate resolution of cross-team or organizational blockers. Coach Product Owners and development teams on effective backlog management. Build high-performing, self-organizing, and collaborative teams. Promote continuous improvement using team feedback, metrics, and data. Facilitate communication and collaboration across teams and stakeholders. Support risk identification, dependency management, and conflict resolution. Mentor team members and promote learning and professional growth. Apply Agile practices such as CI/CD, TDD, automated testing, and DevOps . Work with other Agile frameworks such as Kanban, Scrumban, and XP . Create a trusting and safe environment where team members can openly raise concerns. Help teams stay focused on delivering business value. Required Qualifications 5+ years of full-time business experience 3+ years of Scrum experience Strong knowledge of Agile and Scrum frameworks Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong experience in facilitation, coaching, mentoring, and presentation Experience identifying and removing team and organizational impediments Strong conflict-resolution and mediation skills Ability to communicate complex concepts and teach new practices Experience building and coaching high-performing Agile teams Strong servant-leadership mindset Ability to promote collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field , or equivalent experience.
