Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional physical therapy care to patients across a variety of settings
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to restore function and mobility
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care
- Document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Educate patients and their families on therapeutic exercises and safety practices
Qualifications
- Active Physical Therapist license in New Hampshire (or compact where applicable)
- Graduate from an accredited Physical Therapy program
- At least 1 year of recent experience in a clinical setting
- Current BLS certification
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge & Skills
- Expertise in orthopedic and neurological rehabilitation
- Knowledge of evidence-based treatment techniques
- Ability to assess patient needs and develop customized care plans
- Proficiency with electronic medical records
- Compassionate and patient-centered approach
