SPEAR Team Police Officer — Advanced Tactical Training

The Metropolitan Transportation Authority Police Department is inviting qualified officers to be considered for the SPEAR Team, a specialized unit focused on tactical training and mission-ready instruction. Members will help develop and deliver advanced programs such as Patrol Rifle training, active shooter response, and hybrid threat unit education to prepare for critical incidents.
