Job Description
Title: RN - Telemetry

Schedule: 12-hour nights, 1845-0715; every other weekend; holiday required unless requested in RTO.

Assignment Details:
- Contract Length: 13 weeks
- Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week

Requirements:
- License: RN
- Certifications: BLS, ACLS
- Experience: 1 year of Telemetry RN experience
- EMR: Experience with Altera Sunrise (similar to Cerner) preferred but not required

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Monitor and assess patient conditions in the telemetry unit.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Provide patient education and support regarding their health conditions and treatments.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.

Compliance / Notes:
- Nicotine-free facility
- Bi-weekly pay
- Orientation includes attendance at a 2-day orientation followed by clinical orientation.
