Job Responsibilities

• Craft Tailored Treatment Plans: Assess patient requirements and devise individualized therapy strategies to support them in reaching their goals.

• Collaborate with Interdisciplinary Teams: Work in conjunction with fellow OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nurses to guarantee comprehensive, patient-centered care.
• Train Patients and Caregivers: Provide education to patients and families on effective therapy techniques to facilitate ongoing progress at home.
• Track and Document Patient Progress: Monitor clinical success and adapt treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.

Qualifications

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Continuing education or additional certifications encouraged and fully supported.

Licenses and Certifications

• Valid Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license required.
• NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) credential is needed.
