Compensation: $40,000–$45,000 Base Salary + Up to $24,000 Annual Bonus Potential

What You'll Do

• Support the General Manager in leading all daily restaurant operations.
• Recruit, hire, train, coach, and develop team members.
• Help manage scheduling, labor, food costs, inventory, and profitability.
• Ensure excellent food quality, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction.
• Maintain food safety, sanitation, and operational standards.
• Lead shifts and motivate the team to achieve operational goals.
• Step into the General Manager role when needed.

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience as an Assistant General Manager, Restaurant Manager, Assistant Manager, or experienced Shift Leader in a high-volume quick-service or fast-casual restaurant.
• Strong leadership and team development skills.
• Experience with scheduling, hiring, inventory, labor management, and food cost.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
• High integrity, positive attitude, and a hands-on leadership style.
• Stable work history with a passion for coaching and developing others.
