Key Responsibilities Analyze business and operational data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities. Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and key performance indicators (KPIs). Support business planning, forecasting, and performance tracking activities. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and recommend process improvements. Monitor operational metrics and provide insights to enhance efficiency and productivity. Assist in project management activities, including tracking milestones, risks, and deliverables. Prepare presentations and business reports for leadership and key stakeholders. Support the implementation of new processes, tools, and operational frameworks. Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with organizational policies. Required Qualification Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Analytics, or a related field. 2+ years of experience in business operations, business analysis, operations management, or a related role. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power BI/Tableau. Experience working with large datasets and reporting tools. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualification Experience with SQL and data visualization tools. Knowledge of process improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma. Experience with project management tools and methodologies. Exposure to financial analysis, forecasting, and operational planning. The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: $53,580 to $122,400 Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws. The base compensation range listed for this position reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation Capgemini, in good faith, believes it may pay for the role at the time of this posting. This range may be subject to change as permitted by law. The actual compensation offered to any candidate may fall outside of the posted range and will be determined based on multiple factors legally permitted in the applicable jurisdiction. In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for additional compensation such as variable incentives, bonuses, or commissions, depending on the position and applicable laws.
