What You'll Do
- Perform comprehensive evaluations of patients' skeletal, neurological, respiratory, and cardiovascular status
- Develop individualized treatment plans aligning with physician orders and patient goals
- Educate patients and families on conditions, treatment options, and prognosis
- Document treatment sessions accurately for billing and regulatory compliance
- Supervise Physical Therapist Assistants, Aides, and students in patient care activities
- Recommend adaptive/supportive equipment and coordinate with suppliers
- Promote patient safety, quality of care, and interdisciplinary collaboration
What You Need
Required:- Valid Michigan Physical Therapist license
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to perform assessments, develop care plans, and educate patients
- Experience in outpatient and acute care settings
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
