Shift - Monday-Friday 1st shift


Contract Material Planner - Duties & Responsibilities
• Assist Production Scheduler in building daily and weekly schedule.
• Build production plans in SAP.
• Print out production documents/batch tickets for technicians to follow.
• Input into SAP completed production batch tickets.
• Oversee batch progress and verify that materials, equipment, and documentation are prepared and completed correctly.
• Stage raw materials for production.
• Complete weekly inventory cycle counts.
• Coordinate with warehouse, quality, and maintenance teams to maintain smooth production flow.
• Support continuous improvement efforts by identifying inefficiencies, proposing solutions, and participating in investigations or audits.

Minimum Qualifications
• HS/AA degree with 1+ year experience in pharmaceutical excipient manufacturing or equivalent manufacturing experience preferred.
• SAP experience.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; able to provide clear instruction and constructive feedback.
• Competent with common computer software and able to complete electronic documentation accurately.
• High attention to detail with strong organizational and planning skills.
• Able to become Forklift certified.
• Need to be able to wear a respirator
• Ability to work rotating shifts and overtime as needed.
• Able to lift 55 lbs and work around strong magnets.

Physical Requirements
• Lift 55 kgs
• Stand/Sit for extended time

The following skill sets are preferred by the business unit:
• Fork Truck operator certification, training available
