This position is ideal for a current law student seeking hands‑on legal experience or a recent law school graduate. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS Currently enrolled in an ABA-accredited law school OR a recent graduate of an ABA-accredited law school. Official law school transcripts must be submitted with your application. Strong legal research, writing, and communication skills. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple assignments and deadlines. Professional demeanor and commitment to confidentiality. Prior legal or law firm experience is preferred but not required. Responsibilities Conduct legal research and assist attorneys with case preparation. Draft, proofread, and edit legal documents and correspondence. Assist with discovery, document review, and case organization. Prepare case materials for hearings, depositions, mediations, and trials. Review and summarize statutes, regulations, and case law. Assist with client‑related and administrative tasks as directed. Maintain accurate and organized case files. Maintain strict confidentiality of client and Firm information.
