The facility operates with established protocols suited to corrections-based healthcare delivery, supported by a full complement of on-site support staff. The area offers clinicians on assignment access to a lakeside community situated near Land Between the Lakes, with proximity to Lake Barkley and Mineral Mound State Park providing opportunities for boating, fishing, and hiking. Waterfront dining, golf, and scenic lake views round out the options available during time away from the assignment.
About the Clinician's Workday
Clinicians will provide clinic-based primary care services in a correctional facility setting, working Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM on a day shift schedule. The expected caseload is 15-20 patients per day, with clinical responsibilities encompassing the evaluation and management of primary and chronic care conditions for the patient population served. No call coverage is required for this assignment.
