Director, Revenue Growth Management

Summary The Director, Revenue Growth Management will lead pricing strategy, trade spend optimization, and pricing data management for the MHUSA commercial organization to deliver net sales and profit targets. This role partners with Commercial GMs, Market Directors, Brand teams, Global COE and Finance to develop pricing analytics, oversee pricing tools, and drive execution across distributor and retail channels. The Director will build dashboards and frameworks that translate syndicated and internal data into actionable commercial recommendations. Responsibilities Develop and refine national and regional pricing and promotion strategies aligned with brand positioning and premiumization goals. Partner with Sales and Finance to create, monitor, and optimize trade investment budgets and assess promotion ROI. Lead price planning and execution, including price increases, price filing compliance, and maintaining a standardized pricing calendar. Manage distributor pricing alignment, pricing requests, and communication of price grids and new item pricing. Own pricing data and tool management, improve RGM tool functionality, and provide stakeholder training to ensure data integrity. Build and scale dashboards, scorecards, and models using syndicated sources, POS, and shipment data to inform decision-making. Elevate RGM capability by developing and leading a high-performing team and educating internal stakeholders on RGM principles. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred. 10+ years of experience in Revenue Growth Management, commercial strategy, or related roles in CPG or beverage alcohol industries. 5+ years of people management experience leading teams. Strong understanding of the three-tier system and distributor/retailer dynamics in wine and spirits. Advanced analytical skills with experience in financial modeling, pricing tools, BI platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Anaplan) and syndicated data (IRI, Nielsen). Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives, present insights, and drive change with senior stakeholders. #J-18808-Ljbffr
