This role involves reading blueprints, using hand and power tools, and following established procedures to ensure accurate and efficient assembly. The Assembler works closely with team members and supervisors to meet production goals while maintaining a safe and organized work environment.1st shift: 5:30 am - 3:00 pm, M - Th; 6:00 am - 10:00 am, F2nd shift: 3:00 pm - 1:30 am, M - ThCurrently located in Maple Grove, but this role will be moving to Dayton in Summer 2026.Key Responsibilities:Assemble HVAC units and components according to engineering drawings and work instructions.Use hand tools, power tools, and measuring devices to perform precise assembly tasks.Inspect parts and finished products for quality and compliance with specifications.Report any defects, shortages, or equipment issues to the supervisor promptly.Maintain a clean and safe work area, following all safety guidelines and PPE requirements.Assist in troubleshooting and resolving assembly issues as needed.Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and quality.Qualifications & Requirements:Required:High school diploma or equivalent; technical training preferredStrong attention to detail and commitment to qualityAbility to work in a team-oriented, fast-paced environmentPreferred:Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and instructionsBasic mechanical aptitude and familiarity with hand/power toolsPhysical Requirements:Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periodsWork performed in a warehouse/manufacturing setting with exposure to machinery, noise, and temperature variationsMay require overtime, weekends, or shift coverage based on production needsKey Competencies:Attention to detail & precisionProblem-solving & troubleshootingTime management & efficiencyTeamwork & communicationReliability & strong work ethicFocus on safety guidelinesBenefits:Medical, vision, and dental plansShort-term and long-term disability insuranceGroup term life insurance coverageHSA, FSA, and Dependent Care plans available8 paid holidays, 4 floating holidays, and generous PTO policy401k matchingCompany paid eventsAnnual safety shoe allowanceEducation assistance programEEO Statement:MAS HVAC is committed to creating a diverse and inclusive workplace where all individuals are treated with respect and dignity.
