Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

Now Hiring: Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Jade ABA is currently seeking Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) for afternoon, home-based ABA cases located in Laurel (Highbury Ln) and Silver Spring (Quebec Terrace area) . This opportunity is ideal for RBTs looking to build a consistent schedule within a close geographic area , minimizing travel while maintaining steady weekly hours. Additional nearby cases may be available to support full-time hours. What You’ll Do Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children in home settings Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA Collect data and track client progress accurately Collaborate with families and caregivers Participate in ongoing supervision and professional development What We’re Looking For Active RBT certification (required) Experience working with children, preferably with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to work independently in home-based settings Reliable transportation (short-distance travel between nearby cases) Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, or related field preferred but not required Compensation & Schedule $25.00 – $32.00 per hour (based on experience) Afternoon / after‑school hours Opportunity to build 20–40 hours per week through nearby case assignments Monday–Friday schedule (optional weekend opportunities available) Why Join Jade ABA?
