The Well Studio is hiring for a Group Fitness Instructor with compassion, creativity, positive energy and a passion for healthy living. Long-term growth opportunities are plentiful, and based on your availability, opportunities for private instruction with an agreed upon commission rate commiserate with your experience and certifications.Roles & Responsibilities:Member Experience: Enhance member experience through personal interactions and introductions both in and out of class. Create a welcoming and supportive environment by greeting returning participants and always welcoming new participants.Deliver World Class Workouts: Plan and execute classes that are safe, effective, fun, and motivating for members. Instruct participants on proper form and provide modifications when necessary.Build and Maintain Class Attendance: Use various techniques to generate interest in class attendance. Provide excellent communication and care for increased retention and following.Administrative Excellence: Provide adequate lead time for class coverage. Respond to all communications in a timely manner.Expectations:Engage with studentsIntro EVERY First VisitSolve student issues, questions & bookingsAssist in maintaining a spotless facilitySmile & have FUN !Qualifications & Skills:Must hold current group fitness certificationAbility to perform an aerobic activity for duration of a class, which may include, but not limited to, standing, walking, climbing, balancing, running, crawling, and kneelingExcellent communication and customer service skillsDesire and capacity to train all fitness levelsFlexible to work day, evening, holidays and/or weekend hours as neededWilling to perform other duties that may be assigned.CPR/AED CertificationJoin our team!
