North Carolina Licensed Client Executive

Virtual Vocations Inc

Managing a portfolio of complex commercial accounts, the full-time North Carolina Licensed Client Executive will serve as a trusted advisor, develop tailored service plans, and oversee the renewal process while working in a hybrid environment. Key responsibilities Lead client meetings and develop risk management strategies tailored to each client's needs Analyze assigned book of business to ensure revenue growth and identify cross-sell opportunities Provide technical support and guidance to team members while maintaining knowledge of industry regulations and best practices Required qualifications 7+ years of experience in insurance account management, focusing on complex commercial accounts Deep understanding of Property & Casualty and Life & Health insurance products and markets Proficient in AMS360 or comparable agency management systems Active insurance licenses in applicable lines (P&C and/or L&H) required Advanced industry certifications such as CIC, CRM, CPCU strongly preferred
