Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - Montgomery, AL

We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Speech Language Pathologists to join our team in Montgomery, Alabama . This role focuses on evaluating and treating children with a variety of developmental, communication, feeding, genetic, and chromosomal disorders.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients with delays or deficits in receptive and expressive communication, social development, play, feeding, and executive functioning.
- Make recommendations, develop treatment plans, and implement individualized speech therapy services based on evaluation results.
- Provide education to parents and caregivers for home carryover of intervention strategies.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure coordinated, holistic patient care.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of evaluations, treatment sessions, progress reports, re-evaluations, and discharge summaries.
