We are seeking a compassionate, dependable, and patient Teen Mentor to provide individualized care for youth with disabilities in their home. This is an opportunity to build a trusting relationship with a young person while supporting their comfort, safety, independence, and overall well-being.
Requirements
- Caring, patient, and compassionate
- Dependable and responsible
- Comfortable working one-on-one with youth
- Respectful of each child’s individual abilities, needs, and personality
- A strong communicator and attentive listener
- Calm and confident when handling challenging situations
- Willing to learn and follow individualized care routines
- Committed to providing respectful, person-centered care
- Clean background check
- Valid drivers license, reliable vehicle, and vehicle insurance
- CPR certification or willing to obtain
