The Operations Manager is a pivotal leadership role designed to drive operational excellence and support the General Manager in executing the company's strategic vision. This individual will serve as a key integrator across multiple business units, ensuring that our Sales, Service, Storage, and Lakefront operations are aligned, efficient, and delivering on our promise of an unmatched customer experience.

The ideal candidate exhibits high drive, the ability to push through tasks and challenges to achieve results, and a natural talent for connecting with and leading people. They must be adept at handling a disparate and diverse workload while adding structure and systems to streamline processes. A high detail orientated and a steadfast commitment to getting things done well are essential for success in this role.

Essential Job Duties:

The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing several critical areas of the business. The following table outlines the core responsibilities and the specific actions required to achieve success in each domain.

Supporting Results for Business Unit Managers

Act as a support system and ops partner for managers of Sales, Service, Storage and lakefront units.

Leadership Team Project Management

Take ownership of company-level initiatives and strategic projects, managing them from conception through to successful fruition.

Data Management and Accountability

Oversee the gathering, accuracy, and reporting of key performance indicators across all departments.

Process Documentation and Development

Evaluate existing workflows and identify opportunities to add structure and systems that streamline operations.

Team Oversight and Management

Manage, mentor, and develop team leads across difference business units, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.

Travel Requirements:

· To each location, as needed

Work Schedule Requirements:

· Monday – Friday 8 am to 5 pm

· In office to complete on location tasks

· Occasional Remote work is permitted
