You will oversee the complete enrollment experience for a campus location, beginning with initial inquiry and concluding with onboarding. This is not a relay-based position. You hold accountability for how families perceive us, how well they grasp our framework, and whether enrollment choices are made with sound reasoning. You will evaluate compatibility, facilitate substantive discussions, and advise against enrollment when warranted. Maximum headcount is not the objective. Strategic alignment is. Relocation assistance is provided. What You Will Be Doing Overseeing the complete enrollment pathway for prospective families, spanning first outreach to final onboarding. Facilitating exploratory discussions to assess compatibility before offering recommendations or advancing to subsequent phases. Tracking 20+ concurrent family engagements across various enrollment stages, maintaining transparent status updates and timely follow-up. Conducting campus visits, student shadowing sessions, and enrollment consultations that articulate results, standards, and ideal candidate profiles. Updating CRM platforms and student information systems (HubSpot and SIS) with precision to enable forecasting, task prioritization, and service excellence. What You Won’t Be Doing Deploying transactional or aggressive conversion strategies. Accepting families who represent poor fit merely to meet enrollment targets. Supervising staff or navigating multi-tier authorization processes. Distributing responsibility for family engagement across several team members. Performing duties remotely. Admissions Manager Key Responsibilities Direct and deliver a high-integrity, selective enrollment process that attracts aligned families while safeguarding the academic rigor and operational success of the Alpha framework. Basic Requirements 3+ years providing elevated, individualized service in settings where service excellence directly shapes brand perception (education, upscale hospitality, executive assistance, exclusive membership, or independently operated client services). Proven responsibility for managing a complete client, admissions, or enrollment cycle from initial inquiry to onboarding completion. Experience concurrently overseeing 20+ client, guest, or family relationships at varying progression points, supported by a reliable tracking methodology. Capability to share specific instances of advisory decision-making, including occasions when you counseled against your offering because alignment was absent. Professional correspondence experience with C-suite executives, high-net-worth clientele, or discerning audiences.
