Reporting directly to an Imaging Manager and collaborating daily with Lead Radiology Techs and board-certified Radiologists, the X-Ray Tech is supported by dedicated preceptors, educators, and supportive leadership; responsibilities include producing high-quality diagnostic images, ensuring ALARA-based radiation safety, assisting with fluoroscopic procedures, performing portable and OR cases, maintaining QA/QC, optimizing PACS/RIS documentation, and delivering compassionate, culturally sensitive care alongside friendly nurses and a diverse team of technologists, physicians, APPs, transport, and scheduling professionals who value mutual respect, autonomy, and continuous learning.
