Key Responsibilities of the RN - PCU

• Conduct neuro assessments and manage phlebotomy and EKG rhythm analysis
• Handle NG/Dobhoff tubes, port access, heparin and Argatroban administration
• Provide care for stroke, neuro, and post-surgery patients
• Work collaboratively with CNAs, charge nurses, and a multidisciplinary team
• Utilize Cerner EMR, Plum IV pumps, and Omnicell systems

Requirements of the RN - PCU

• NIHSS and BLS certifications
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
• Proficiency in neuro assessments and related procedures
