Your base salary will start at $35,000–45,000 and our top earners made $53,000 in commission last year on top of their base salary! Market Research: Keep abreast of industry trends and competitor offerings to provide clients with relevant and current information. Customer Service: Deliver exceptional service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Requirements A Property & Casualty license is a bonus. Prior sales experience is required. Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful, and be coachable. Carry an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude. Proficiency to multi‑task, follow‑thru and follow‑up. Confident, self‑starter who works well independently. Professional phone etiquette.
