Responsibilities


What you'll be doing:

Preparing surfaces for paint or stain by cleaning, sanding, scraping, filling imperfections, etc.
Preparing unpainted surfaces by taping, masking, etc.
Applying paint, stain, and other finishes using brushes, rollers, or spray equipment.
Restoring and maintaining previously coated surfaces.
Removing/installing fixtures and performing minor repairs related to painting tasks.
Utilizing hand tools effectively to complete projects efficiently.
Following safety protocols and maintaining a clean work environment throughout the project.
Collaborating with clients and team members to ensure satisfaction with completed work.

Qualifications


Previous residential painting experience is not required. We value on-the-job training and expect to work closely with each employee to achieve our desired standards. We encourage you to apply if you meet any or all of the following qualifications:

Strong attention to detail with an eye for aesthetics and the patience to produce quality workmanship.
Motivated to constantly improve and prideful in a job well done.
Proficiency in using hand tools and/or painting equipment.
Experience working with your hands or in any trade, especially finish work (tile, flooring, millwork, etc.).
Ability to work independently or as part of a team in various environments.
Comfortability with heights, ladders, etc.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 24 per week
