Production/Assembly - 2nd and 3rd shift

OHInova Staffing Services is currently hiring for a manufacturing client in Mentor that produces plastic packaging products for major global companies. If you enjoy hands-on work and being part of a production team, this could be a great opportunity for you! Candidates must have some manufacturing experience before applying.

Job Details:

Shift: 2nd Shift (2:30pm-10:30pm) Monday–Friday OR 3rd Shift (10:30pm-7am) Sunday-Thursday

Pay: $17/hour

What You’ll Be Doing:

Screwing, stamping, and assembling plastic packaging products
Working with small parts and hand tools
Standing throughout your shift
Learning different assembly processes as needed

Assembly Experience:

Assembly experience is a plus, but not required. We are looking for candidates with at least 1 year of manufacturing experience who are dependable and eager to learn.

What We’re Looking For:

Good hand dexterity and attention to detail
Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new tasks
Comfortable standing for the duration of the shift
High School Diploma or GED required
Assembly experience preferred
