A Typical Day in the Clinic Clinical Leadership: Train, supervise, and mentor dedicated Behavior Therapists (RBTs), fostering an environment of continuous growth. Holistic Care: Facilitate a team‑based approach to treatment, collaborating closely with families, staff, and speech/occupational therapy partners. Data-Driven Treatment: Design, monitor, and evaluate data collection systems to analyze treatment efficacy and pivot plans in real‑time. Qualifications Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification in good standing. Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) certification in the state of Texas (or eligible to obtain). A compassionate professional who values perspective-taking, clinical integrity, and teamwork. Experience supervising BCBA candidates or a strong desire to mentor future clinicians (tailored mentoring and supervision opportunities available).
