Lead full-cycle recruitment for roles across the U.S., focusing on Finance, Sales, Technology, and specialized positions Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to understand hiring needs and build recruitment strategies Take ownership of U.S. recruitment activity and act as a trusted Talent Acquisition partner Conduct HR interviews and assess motivation, experience, leadership potential, cultural fit, and long-term impact Build and execute proactive sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, AI tools, talent mapping, and other channels Develop pipelines for current and future hiring needs Provide market insights, talent intelligence, and data-driven recommendations Track recruitment metrics and improve hiring effectiveness, speed, and quality Ensure a strong candidate experience through communication, transparency, and engagement Collaborate with the global Talent Acquisition team across regions Requirements 5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition Experience recruiting for Finance positions is a strong advantage Proven ability to manage full-cycle recruitment independently Strong sourcing and headhunting capabilities Experience partnering with senior hiring managers and business leaders Strong interviewing and assessment skills Confidence working with recruitment data and using insights to support hiring decisionsExperience using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, AI-driven sourcing tools, and other advanced sourcing methods Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced and global environment Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in full-cycle recruitment, particularly in Finance, Sales, and Technology sectors, while leveraging advanced sourcing techniques and data-driven insights to enhance hiring effectiveness and candidate experience.
