The role involves providing critical care services, including caring for psychiatric and pediatric patient populations, in a fast-paced emergency setting. Job Details Position Description: EOW or based on department needs; EOH rotating with regular staff; 2 years of ER experience with at least 2 prior travel contracts; experienced in caring for critical care patients, while safely maintaining sound clinical judgment and documentation. Ability to care for psychiatric and pediatric patient populations. Strong team collaboration skills, with clear and timely communication. Will escalate concerns appropriately and seek support when needed to ensure patient safety; EPIC, may need to float onsite within skill set or to sites within 40 miles if needed. Required Qualifications: Licensure verification, 2 years of ER experience, and at least 2 prior travel contracts, with experience in caring for critical care, psychiatric, and pediatric patients; operating in a healthcare facility environment. Schedule: Night shifts, 12-hour shifts, minimum 36 hours per week. Additional Information: Responsibilities include providing emergency care, documenting accurately, and collaborating with healthcare teams. Candidate must be adaptable to float within their skill set and across different sites within 40 miles.
