As an Assistant Store Manager at Premier Rental-Purchase, you'll help run the store day to day — leading the team, driving sales, and keeping operations tight — and take the reins when the Store Manager is out. In your first 90 days you'll learn every role in the store and start owning results.Pay: $15.00–$19.00/hourSchedule: Mon–Sat, day shiftPay day: Bi-weeklyHelp lead daily operations and step in as the go-to when the manager's away. Coach and supervise the team to hit sales and service goals. Keep cash, inventory, and store property secure and accounted for. Approve orders, verify customers, and support on-time deliveries. Help recruit, hire, and train new team members.Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Able to lift up to 75 lbs. DOT certification (or willing to earn one, if your state requires it). Six months of rent-to-own or retail management experience (or similar). Experience coaching or leading a team is a plus (not required).Steady pay plus performance bonuses.
