What we are looking for Job Capability Minimum of 10 years of paid experience in general carpentry Legally eligible to work in the U.S. (or Canada if applicable) Possesses a valid driver’s license Able to consistently work required hours Physically and mentally capable of performing all duties Skills Possesses a broad set of carpentry/maintenance/repair skills Ability to read and write legibly Possesses basic math and computer skills Ability to communicate with others Ability to perform services required by our customers Ability to follow TruBlue’s system policies and procedures Core competencies in carpentry/maintenance/repair Possesses own tools and knows how to use them Values Strong work ethic; takes pride in their work Honest, ethical and trustworthy Enjoys a safe, fun work environment Enjoys customer interaction Personality Leadership and/or potential ability Enjoys structure on the job (follow TruBlue system) Sincere and pleasant to work with Works well with minimal supervision Self‑motivated Likes a variety of work Even‑tempered, flexible to deal with customer needs as they arise Detail‑oriented What we value… RESPECT – We treat everyone as we want to be treated.
