ResponsibilitiesOversee daily sales operations while personally managing a dedicated portfolio of clients.
Guide and support team members in developing their sales strategies and professional skills.
Cultivate new business relationships through networking, referrals, and community engagement in the Columbia area.
Perform comprehensive risk assessments to ensure clients have appropriate coverage levels.
Monitor industry trends to keep the team ahead of the curve and competitive in the marketplace.
Collaborate with the leadership team to refine outreach strategies and improve overall agency performance.
RequirementsCurrent Life and Health insurance license.
Three or more years of experience in insurance sales or high-volume client advisory.
Strong command of CRM systems and digital scheduling tools.
Capacity to lead and mentor junior sales personnel.
Exceptional public speaking and interpersonal abilities.
Demonstrated history of meeting or exceeding growth targets.
