Senior Accountant role at Masimo, a Danaher medical technology company, supporting general accounting functions across multiple entities. Position involves month-end close processes, account reconciliations, expense analysis, and audit support in an on-site Irvine, California location.
Responsibilities
- Analyze, review, and reconcile expense reports for multiple entities
- Prepare monthly accruals and journal entries for bank, payroll, and other accounts
- Execute month-end close procedures and perform entity-level analysis
- Reconcile bank accounts and balance sheet accounts monthly
- Support senior accountants with intercompany bookings, audit activities, and VAT returns
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of general ledger accounting experience
- Accounting degree or commercial diploma
- US company and multinational environment experience preferred
- Fluent in English, verbal and written; other European languages a plus
- Proficiency with MS Office and accounting software packages
- Proactive, hands-on, motivated team player mentality
Compensation: $100,000 - $110,000/year
