Float Pool RN ICUCity/State: Philadelphia, PennsylvaniaShift: Nights, 7:00 PM - 7:00 AMContract Length: 12 weeksStart Date: 09/14/2026Job Description:The RN in this role will provide comprehensive care in various intensive care units, step-down units, and emergency departments and may occasionally be assigned to women's and family units. Responsibilities include assessing, implementing, and evaluating patient care under physician direction, collaborating with patients and healthcare teams, and directing support staff in accordance with nursing standards.Responsibilities:Float to all ICUs, step-down units, and ED for ICU holds/borders.Collaborate with patients, their families, and healthcare teams to individualize patient care.Direct nursing support staff in patient care provision following nursing practice standards.Adhere to assigned patient ratios and adapt to shift changes as necessary.Requirements:Graduate of an accredited school of nursing; Bachelor's Degree preferred.2 years of nursing experience with 1 year in ICU.PA Registered Nurse License; BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications required; TNCC preferred.Client Details Address 3401 North Broad Street City Philadelphia State PA Zip Code 19140
